    It's fairly basic in it's first iteration, but I figured I'd throw it out there to get feedback from users to see what else they would want to do with it (maps, charts, etc?)..

    Outgress will now automatically track portal submissions to give you a quick view to see what you have submitted, what's been approved/rejected/pending and how long it's taken for a decision on your submission.

    It *does* require one minor change to the default forwarding rule in your Gmail for it to work. Instead of only forwarding emails with the subject "damage report", just forward anything from ingress-support@nianticlabs.com The forwarding instructions have been updated to reflect this: https://outgress.com/help/forwarding/#step5

    If you have historical portal submissions emails in your Gmail and you you would like to import them, you can do so with the email import tool: https://outgress.com/account/damage-report-import

    You can thank the author of IPST2 ( @Phtiv ) for pinging me to see if it would be something we would want to do.

    I am having trouble importing old emails. The importer says "No email damage reports found in this email account.". Anywhere special they need to be? I tried moving them all to inbox but no luck.

    No, there shouldn’t be anywhere special they need to be.

    Make sure you are choosing the "Reimport All Data (otherwise it will continue where it left off)" option... if you don't choose that, it will only import stuff where you last left off on an import (if you already did an import in the past of damage reports, it would not get anything).

    Choose the option to reimport all data, and optionally use the checkbox for only portal submissions (otherwise will will reimport damage reports too).

    I must be missing something. The link you posted originally takes me straight to a Google sign in and after signing in, I get the error message. I see no options I can set. (And I can't seem to find that page just by browsing around on the site, so I'm not sure how to set those options)

    EDIT: Found the same link in the help pages, but I have the same issue where there are no settings displayed that I can set.

    If you go into the normal Gmail web interface for that account and search for:

    from:ingress-support

    Does it come up with anything (make sure you have no spaces)?

    Sorry, but have to ask the dumb question... are you 100% certain you are using the right Gmail account?

    It’s pretty straightforward internally so not sure where to even look. I think the only thing that would cause that error message is if the above query yielded no results. Will double check in ~20 minutes when I get back to a computer.

    Go ahead and try it now... found something that might cause an issue if you once imported email damage reports in the past, but then the oldest one it already knew about was later deleted from your Gmail account.

    Hopefully should fix it...

    Yep that was it. My damage report forwarding rule definitely deletes it after forwarding it.

    Ya might look a little weird at first because it actually imports the newest emails first (the approval/denial). It's on my to-do list to not calculate the days or default to "today" when it doesn't (yet) know the submission date. :)

    Added options to the Intel map so you can see your submissions on the map (3 viewing options for them... (with decision/approved/denied).

    Can't show pending ones (without decision) because we don't have any longitude/latitude points for those until a decision is made.

    Something like that was already in the works. Should be there now for everyone. Allows you to see your data overlayed on global data for all time/year/month/week/day.

    The only thing missing would be a chart bar for all "outstanding" submissions
    So you can quickly see how many are still in the review process

    Ya, that shouldn’t be too hard to add a 4th column for “pending”. Will do it when I get back to computer (at lunch right now).
