    Nothing from that account has been processed. If they are being forwarded then in all likelyhood, they are coming in altered in some way (if the forwarding mechanism is altering the original email in any way it will be ignored).

    Something must be happening between hotmail and gmail, I can assure you that we do not modify the reports.

    Can you study the reports sent by me? Maybe it's something that can be worked on.

    I sent you an image of the filter we made

    I think no one has managed to get the system going this way.
