      all of my forwarded emails are being rejected and im getting notification the web site is blocked.

        There was a window of about 5-10 minutes where there was an issue, but it should be sorted already (and sending mail servers should have redelivered them already).

        Some server reconfiguration this morning & there was a typo in the config (Outgress email address isn't a mailbox, rather a command that emails are delivered to).

        If you are still seeing it, let me know... but as far as I know, it's already been fixed.

      If you dont mind I have a question. I had everything set up even with alerts going to TG as recently as Feb 5th. But today I decided to look at some of my heat maps and: The following error occurred: Your faction has not been determined yet (this is done by processing incoming email damage reports).
      Thoughts?

        There was a weird issue going on with the backend database that hopefully should be corrected now. Once the next email damage report comes in from you, it should (hopefully) relink your account to your agent name. All the backend data is there, it appears it was just a temporary unlinking of your account with agent name.

        Uh no... that sounds like it would be a privacy violation. If you want to know their in game babe and you have their email, email them and ask them.

        There really isn't anything special you need to do to "close" it. Not using the account is more or less closing it since there's nothing outbound on our end that goes to you. If you just want to make it so you can't resist the temptation of logging into your account, I could ban or delete it for you if you want.
