Integration into Slack not showing alerts

    Hi,

    I have integrated Outgress into a Slack channel and I see indications in Outgress that the forwarded damage reports are coming through. Is there a way for me to debug why incoming damage reports are not automatically being posted in my Slack channel?

    Thanks for any help!

    Have you setup portal groups or agent alerts that are routes to that destination?
