    I checked outgress intel yesterday and took a portal near a hotel I'm staying in. It's changed hands a few times since so I know that you should have received an attack report - yet it's still showing as "never owned"

    I've checked Gmail and it all seems to be set up right

    Could we maybe add to this panel the date and time of the last email received from the agent that is only visible to the agent?

    There are some edge cases where an owned portal won’t automatically be logged as such when it’s attacked.
    • If your items on the portal are the last items killed and no other deployed agents are Outgress users. An email damage report is triggered when something is destroyed. So if your resonators are destroyed with the burster that neutralized the portal, when the email is sent, the owner is “uncaptured”.
    • If all your items on the portal are destroyed with the same burster fire that killed links (when the email damage report contains info about broken links, you can’t tell which side of the link the attack was on).
    If you can pull up your email damage report for the attack in question, can you see if the email showed you as the owner and in an email not reporting broken links?

    Okay, I went digging... confused me at first, but there are two different portals here that are similar names... Rhino Art and Rhino Art Mosaic:

    This one has an email that the system didn't recognize... the subject had a "Fwd:" in it... was this manually forwarded for some reason (it also had what looks like your email signature in it)? The system ignored this email because it was unrecognized. From the wrong email address, wrong email format, etc.

    This one shows you as the owner.

    It's a bit difficult to dig through the raw emails on my end (the system keeps them for 7 days in case of something like this). Do you have in your Gmail an email that shows "Rhino Art Mosaic" (not "Rhino Art") getting attacked with you as the owner in the email? And if so, do you have an email that shows that *without* links being destroyed in that same email?
