    I don't see a way to forward emails currently in gmail. I think they've made it a requirement to get a verification code for any emails I forward to. When I attempt to add the outgress email, it says you need to verify and then give me a code....

    It’s automatic. If your reload the page it asked for a verification code should go away instantly on its own.
