How many have you had since you setup forwarding? Gmail only forwards email after you set it up, it doesn't retroactively forward historical emails.

 

Can you post a screenshot of your forwarding config from your Gmail account?

 

Do you have any other filters?

 

I went digging and it looks like your emails are being forwarded, but they are being changed by something (some process or program is causing the email to be different than how Niantic sends it to you).

It looks like you have a Microsoft exchange mail server somewhere in the forwarding somehow that is altering the emails. Outgress will only accept emails that are unaltered. I know nothing about Outlook, but it appears that is the issue. Gmail forwards emails unaltered, so it's fine. Outlook appears to be changing the email when it forwards, which is causing the issue.

 

Not sure what the difference between a redirect or a forward is as far as Outlook goes, but in the end emails need to be forwarded unaltered.

Sorry, I can't be of more help... I don't have an Outlook account, and have never looked at it before, so not sure what settings you need to set in it to forward emails without Outlook changing the emails (I also don't even know if it's possible with Outlook... maybe it just always wants to alter emails for some reason).

The emails *are* being forwarded and received on this end, but like I said. The system will not accept emails that have been altered (can cause all sorts of problems of people forwarding fake emails if it was allowed).

 

One easy workaround might be to link your Google Account to your Ingress account and then have emails sent to Gmail instead of Outlook?

 

Not sure how it picks which email to send stuff too. Maybe it’s the last linked account? Like maybe you could unlink the Google one and relink it? Not sure, but might be worth messing around with.
