Implemented Agent attack history length

    When I look up an agent on Outgress, it shows me a list of 20 recent attacks. Any plans / way to show more history, similar to the "Load more..." link at the bottom of the attacks list for a given portal?

    Related: How much history does the "Area of Play" map reflect? It seems like attack data older than some time period (6 months?) is not included on the map. Is the older data omitted in the interest of clarity, or to be more resource-efficient? Would it be reasonable to request a slider to show more data points on the map?

    Re: Load More attack history for an agent... It's a couple things. There is something to be said for simplicity. Is there a real world use of knowing something like the agent's 7th most attacked portal beyond just to satisfy curiosity? Also a "Load More" option would load in a crazy amount of data in some cases... Like 7,000 individual attacks logged (and growing) for a single agent in some cases.

    Area of play is indeed the last 6 months. Also a simplicity thing. Not sure how useful it is to know where someone used to play but doesn't any longer (other than that curiosity thing).

    Yep, I understand the desire to keep things simple. :)

    I'm thinking that "Load more" for an agent would be useful for a situation where someone is attacking a farm of more than 20 portals, and you'd like to see where they'd been previously. In that scenario, the list of 20 portals provides only marginally more information than a list of 1 portal. If "Load more" would only load 100 more per click, that would be useful, hopefully without causing excessive server load...?

    Area of play, that's more of a curiosity. It's fun to see where Ingress has taken us. Or where we take Ingress. I agree, not terribly useful to show more data there.

    The option is there now. The "Load more..." will give you 100 more per click and will let you click it multiple times if you want.
